Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a corporate environment. Mainly focusing on marketing and sales but will support other areas of the business as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related
  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience, preferably in Food and Beverage
  • Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments

 

Job Description:

The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to provide weekly, data-driven updates on talent pipeline status, market insights, and candidate feedback to ensure alignment and adjust sourcing strategies as needed
  • Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity goals) to identify bottlenecks, measure ROI, and improve overall hiring efficiency
  • Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS - Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools.
  • Passion for finding and securing top talent.

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, business hours; hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
  • Work Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.
  • Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000, bonus eligible
