Job Title: Engineer/Systems Analyst (Federal IT Support)
Location: Full-time on-site at client site in Rockville, MD (non-negotiable)

Job Summary

Symposit LLC seeks a skilled IT Engineer/Systems Analyst for full-time support of a federal .NET-based IT portfolio management system focused on reporting, budget tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze application architecture (.NET MVC, SQL Server, cloud platforms) for enhancements and migrations.

  • Conduct business analysis, manage backlog, and support monthly minor releases (UI, reports, configs).

  • Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT), code scanning, and meet SLAs (hotfixes <24hrs, patches <14 days).

  • Support reporting, bulk data imports, BI tools, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on agile sprints, change control, and integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years professional experience as Systems Analyst/Engineer in federal IT.

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, cloud services; JS frameworks a plus.

  • Agile/Scrum methodology; strong analysis, testing, and documentation skills.

  • Accessibility standards experience desirable; federal security training compliance.

  • Excellent communication for stakeholder meetings.
