ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Dining Room Server : Under the direction of the Dining Room Supervisor. May assist in some aspects of food preparation. May perform functions such as: Server, Tray Person, Wait Staff, Dishwasher, etc.

  • Operates as a dining room Server in a restaurant style environment.
  • Loads or unloads food service cart. Picks up and/or delivers supplies and food.
  • Delivers trays to residents as assigned.
  • Helps take resident temperatures and records appropriately.
  • Folds dining room linens and prepares tables.
  • Presents menu and take resident food orders.
  • Assists in keeping the dining room well-stocked and well-maintained. Clean and organize service areas.

QUALIFICATIONS of the Dining Room Server :

  • Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be flexible to work different shifts as needed.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who has Friday – Monday availability for PM shifts (4pm-8pm). Additionally, if you have availability to work varying AM (6am-10am) and PM (4pm-8pm) shifts in a Friday – Monday schedule, that would also be preferred.

We offer a $250 sign-on bonus PLUS a $600 retention bonus after completing a successful 6 months of employment!
