Reuirements:
With 6+ year experience in server signal integrity field with deep insight of modern high-speed PCB materials and PCB manufacturing technologies across server industry
Fluent in English communication, excel at coordinating across geographies.
Experienced on technical collaboration with CCL vendors or PCB fab houses.
Sophisticated SI skills of simulation and VNA/TDR tests from component to end-to-end channel
Understand well on IEEE P370 standards as well as general high-frequency testing techniques
Player of DoE and good at Matlab script for post-processing of massive data
Great simulation-measurement correlation knowledge based on electromagnetic theories like physic models of lossy conductor, dielectrics and surface roughness scattering, even radiation.
