What You’ll Do
- Lead and support proposal and presentation development for project pursuits
- Create engaging written and visual content for proposals, marketing materials, awards, and social media
- Identify and shape winning strategies and messaging for pursuits
- Track and manage project milestones; coordinate photography and video content
- Plan and execute jobsite events and brand initiatives
- Prepare and submit award applications showcasing our work
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and content quality
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

- This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC
- Requires local travel to project sites and occasional industry events
