We’re looking for a proposal development and pursuit-focused Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a strategic, story-driven approach to winning work and showcasing our people and projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support proposal and presentation development for project pursuits
  • Create engaging written and visual content for proposals, marketing materials, awards, and social media
  • Identify and shape winning strategies and messaging for pursuits
  • Track and manage project milestones; coordinate photography and video content
  • Plan and execute jobsite events and brand initiatives
  • Prepare and submit award applications showcasing our work
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and content quality

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Additional Details

  • This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC
  • Requires local travel to project sites and occasional industry events
