Full Time Assistant Clinical Director

AKABA LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help lead our team in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing clinical supervision to BCBAs, overseeing training, managing a small caseload, and enhancing AKABA’s operations to ensure effective and compassionate care for our clients.

Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

As an Assistant Clinical Director, you would work with the leadership team to oversee service delivery, training of staff, participate in intake assessments, review company policies, and help direct the clinical team. Qualifications


  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LABA (License Applied Behavior Analyst) in Massachusetts.
  • At least 3 years as a BCBA in home based ABA services.
  • Positive and solution-focused approach that leads to amazing growth for AKABA's clients and families
  • Experience with Practice Management Software (i.e. Central Reach, RethinkBH)
  • Familiarity with the use of VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and EFL is a plus

Responsibilities


  • Maintain an average of 22 billable hours
  • 4 onsite days in the office/center for at least 5 hours per day (during center hours)
  • Attend Biweekly Leadership Meetings (every other week)
  • Clinical Oversight meetings with BCBAs/ case supervisors
  • Assist with training BTs in ABA principles and Safety procedures (such as Safety Care)
  • Review potential clients, Prior Authorizations, BIPs and client data
  • Assist with Client meetings and Employees Reviews
  • Supervise BCBAs and ABA therapists (direct and indirect supervision)
  • Write and develop programming for clients (Behavior Intervention Plan)
  • Parent Collaboration
  • Conduct/Assist with intake and initial assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS, etc.)
  • Attend IEP meetings and limited employee recruitment events
