Shift Availability:

This position is Full Time, working a minimum of 36 hours per week. 

When driving tasks not required, various tasks within the building may be assigned. 

• Hours may vary, ranging from 7:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday 


• Occasional Saturday shifts required.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a facility-owned van to transport residents to and from appointments.


• Transport new residents to facility upon admission.


• Responsible for assuring the van meets all safety requirements and reporting any needed repairs.


• Communicate with facility via cell phone for pick-ups and changes in the driving schedule.


• Responsible for the completion of records regarding the transport of residents for billing purposes.


• Perform other assignments as directed by supervisor


• Transport resident lab, x-rays or other material as needed.
