🩺 Stethoscope Checklist – Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate in-home care to patients with chronic conditions.
- Assist patients with G-tubes, and, if comfortable, tracheostomies and ventilator care.
- Perform nursing duties according to each patient’s personalized care plan.
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care.
- Current LPN license in Nevada.
- At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure.
- Experience caring for patients with G-tubes; ventilators or trachs considered a plus.
- Hands-on CPR certification up to date.
- TB test negative within the past 12 months.
