What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients.

  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Document all patient care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff.

  • Supervise and contribute to the development of physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.

  • Maintain high moral and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

  • Manage time efficiently to balance patient care and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to quality patient outcomes and continuous learning.

Preferred:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

  • 1–2 years of direct patient care experience.

  • Possess or be eligible for Ohio state licensure.
