Our Role

We are looking for a Plant Operator (Kiln) to join our hardworking team at our Traralgon Plant in Gippsland. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, and operating equipment such as a vertical Kiln and Roller Milling circuit ensuring the plant is operated safety and in line with our production schedule. Other duties include:

  • Loading of trucks, 
  • complete product bagging 
  • general mobile plant operation and basic plant maintenance; and 
  • collect and test samples in the lab for quality assurance 

As the successful candidate, you:

  • are a flexible team player who likes to work self-sufficiently, balances and delivers on team and personal objectives in a safe and efficient manner following safe work practices
  • Previous experience in fixed plant production, in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Have Forklift, Front-end loader or related experience.
  • Computer literate with attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing environment
