Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support and assist with daily IT operations. This role supports end-users, maintains systems, and manages data/reporting functions. Ideal candidates are strong problem-solvers with excellent customer service skills who can work independently and prioritize effectively.
What You’ll Do
IT Support
- Provide end-user support (password resets, software installs, connectivity issues)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Install and configure new computers and equipment
- Assist with system updates, maintenance, and IT projects
Data & Reporting
- Enter and maintain weekly program data accurately and on time
- Manage spreadsheets and formulas for reporting
- Generate and distribute monthly reports
- Maintain records and internal documentation
Training & Team Support
- Train staff on basic hardware/software use
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Support team and departmental goals
Compliance
- Follow organizational policies and Human Rights standards
- Report concerns per regulatory requirements (OIG, DCFS, IDPH)
