KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge of effective personnel management techniques.
- Knowledge of budgetary constraints, and labor management.
- Knowledge of station management practices, vehicle inspection policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of effective customer service practices and proven problem resolution skills.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- One to three years’ experience in a management/technical field with two years’ supervisory experience.
- One to three years’ experience in managing multiple locations.
- Experience in automotive emission testing preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal, staff development, quality audit skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
