What You’ll Do
- Provide instruction based on teacher-prepared lesson plans
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment
- Support students’ academic and behavioral success
- Communicate effectively with staff and follow school procedures
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must have or be able to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for working with students
