• Assist with the instruction of Sailing Camp Level I and II.
• Help maintain, set up, and store sailing equipment.
• Follow safety protocol and assist campers in sailing safety.
• Assist with camper supervision and communication with parents.  

• Minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Experience working with children.
• Previous sailing experience.
• Must be able to swim.
• Exposure to extreme summer temperatures and water.  
• Lift 20-50 pounds independently.  Lift 50-300 pounds as a group.
• Climb in and out of a small sailboat.
• Lift self from water into small sailboat without assistance.  
• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass CPR and First Aid Training

JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.  Specified criteria may vary by Department.
