Your role
As a Sales Administrator/CX coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. You are responsible for processing customer orders accurately and on time, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, acting as an essential link between customers and internal stakeholders.
What will you do?
✅ Order processing & follow-up
- Process customer orders in the ERP system
- Check pricing, delivery dates and identify deviations
- Confirm orders and send confirmations to customers
- Monitor open orders and backorders on a daily basis
✅ Coordination & communication
- Align with Supply Chain on product availability
- Proactively flag delays or issues and communicate accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status
✅ Logistics follow-up
- Ensure smooth downstream logistics (warehouse, transport, export)
- Propose solutions for logistical challenges
- Accurately track and manage logistics-related costs
✅ Administration & optimization
- Issue credit notes and handle reinvoicing
- Use ERP tools efficiently and contribute to process improvements
- Identify and support optimization of operational workflows
✅ Quality & compliance
- Ensure adherence to QA and SHE guidelines
- Follow up on non-conformances and improvement actions
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives within your scope
Who are you?

✔ You work accurately and stay structured under pressure
✔ You are a team player with strong communication skills
✔ You are native Dutch have a good command of English
✔ You are familiar with ERP systems and IT tools
