Project Supervisor - Providence Point (Issaquah, WA)

Overview: The project supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of vendors and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of each village board. This individual will provide leadership and guidance to the vendors and will work closely with senior management to develop and implement project plans and strategies.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they align with organizational goals including creating scopes of work for each project
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources
  • Communicate with village board members to understand their needs and ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and village board members
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Improving project management methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a project manager or supervisor, with demonstrated success in leading large, multiple and complex projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
