POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for an AI-first creative leader with a strong performance mindset to own and scale our creative output for a U.S. consumer audience.
This role combines creative direction, systems thinking, and hands-on execution. You will lead the development of large-scale brand and performance campaigns from concept to production across TV, radio, websites, app experiences, CRM, and social platforms, while building a modern AI-powered creative organization.
You’ll be responsible not only for creative quality, but also for building the processes, workflows, and AI agent infrastructure that enable high-volume, high-impact creative production at scale.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead the overall creative vision and execution across brand and performance marketing
- Develop mass-market campaigns for U.S. audiences (TV, radio, social, website, app, and CRM channels)
- Build and scale a high-output creative engine for paid and organic social media
- Own creative direction across lifecycle touchpoints (landing pages, in-product experiences, emails, and notifications)
- Design and implement AI-driven creative workflows and production pipelines
- Establish, train, and manage AI agents for creative and production processes
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution
- Ensure creative consistency and brand quality across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on campaign strategy
- Analyze performance data and iterate creatives accordingly
- Manage and mentor creative team members and external partners
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting high production volume
