 Position
Overview

Permobil
is on a growth journey and is now looking for an IT Service Specialist to join
our site in Paris (Rungis). In this role, you will oversee IT
activities within your area of responsibility, including the coordination of
local and global projects, management and support of business IT applications
and services, lifecycle management, risk analysis, and project management.
Serving as aan escalation point for IT matters in France, you will ensure
that IT operations and solutions are aligned with organizational guidelines
while meeting the needs of our internal customers. The position will support with integration of acquired companies in France and is prepared to travel in France to handle with Network installations and general onsite support. 

Location: Paris (Rungis), hybrid

Key
Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery in France including networks/Wi-Fi, meeting room AV, laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Provide second-line support via the ITSM tool and manage the full joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle
  • Enforce compliance with global processes and ensure standardization of applications and services
  • Lead and support IT projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with regional and global IT strategies
  • Maintain the knowledge base by ensuring all new or updated processes, procedures, and work instructions are promptly added and accessible to the Service Desk team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information
    Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    (or equivalent experience),
  • 3+ years IT Support/Service Desk Experience, 
  • Experience of
    ITSM and ITIL-based processes,
  • Project
    management experience in enterprise settings,
  • Good know-how in
    Windows 11, Office365, 
  • Proficiency in English and
    French,
  • Knowledge in Windows Server,
    basic networking, Meraki, LeanIX, Jira Service desk preferred.
