Job Title: Head of Corporate Communications

Job Location: St. Petersburg, FL, USA

Purpose

The Head of Corporate Communications leads the company's global communications strategy as it scales and engages broader external stakeholders. This role develops a strong corporate narrative, manages media relations, supports major corporate milestones, and strengthens the organization’s reputation as it matures into a larger, more visible enterprise. The role requires experience operating in public-company environments and familiarity with investor relations communications, while maintaining confidentiality regarding specific corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications Leadership

· Lead enterprise communications across media relations, executive messaging, internal communications, and reputation management.

· Serve as advisor to CEO, CFO, and executive leadership on messaging, risks, and communication strategy.

Strategic Messaging & Narrative Development

· Build a compelling corporate narrative emphasizing mission, value, momentum, and long-term goals.

· Ensure alignment and consistency across internal and external channels.

Major Corporate Milestone Communications

· Lead communications for significant company events such as financing milestones, leadership transitions, governance developments, and strategic initiatives.

· Coordinate with legal, financial, and communications advisors to ensure aligned messaging.

Familiarity With Investor Communications

· Apply experience supporting companies through investor events in a confidential manner.

· Evaluate exchange-driven marketing and visibility opportunities without disclosing sensitive corporate intentions.

· Guide how to leverage such opportunities for stronger positioning and stakeholder engagement.

Media Relations & Visibility

· Build relationships with business, financial, and trade media.

· Oversee executive interviews, press strategy, thought leadership, and storytelling efforts.

Internal Communications & Change Leadership

· Develop communications supporting cultural evolution and organizational alignment.

· Ensure timely, transparent communications for employees during periods of change.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure that all communications adhere to governance expectations, regulatory sensitivity, and approval workflows.

· Maintain disciplined disclosure-aware processes aligned with expectations of a larger, more visible enterprise.
