Position Summary

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled services team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care for patients with varying acuity levels, including those requiring advanced, specialized interventions. You’ll bring the expertise of the hospital bedside directly to the home environment, while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, catheter care, and high-acuity case management
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Educate patients and families on managing health conditions, equipment, and medications
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with WA DOH and agency standards
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions, escalating care when necessary

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care, ICU, ER, or home health nursing experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-acuity, complex patients
  • Compassionate and professional bedside manner with strong communication skills
  • Current CPR/BLS certification; ACLS preferred
