Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage plant production schedules by communicating with plant personnel, sales and customer service.
- Manage customer service and or logistics personnel.
- Manage all logistics for rail, truck and containers including exports.
- Maintain schedules and develop sales reports and charts.
- Assist customers with their product needs and requests.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards. Correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions in the workplace.
- Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
