Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Manitowoc, WI | Northridge Health and Rehabilitation

Flexible Scheduling 

Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist looking to make a real difference in patient outcomes? Join the ventilator and respiratory care experts at Northridge Health and Rehabilitation and become part of a compassionate, supportive team.

Schedule Options:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time or PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with weekend rotation

  • PRN | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexible scheduling available!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients

  • Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures

  • Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results

  • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues

  • Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff

  • Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

  • Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist

  • Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc.

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative setting
