Owner Services Billing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Owner Services Billing Specialist will work closely with several departments to ensure timeliness of billing for our aircraft owners, as well as monitoring incoming payments for Flexjet owner invoices. They will manage billing queries from owners and ensure they are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. The role will support many other departments in the organisation including Owner Services, Accounting and Sales/Contracts, as needed, to resolve any customer concerns.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide world-class service during every interaction with our high net-worth clientele.
  • Execute daily/weekly/monthly billing cycle activities including invoice processing, utilisation reports, revisions and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with owners� contracted agreements.
  • Responsible for the handling of accounts receivable queries and communication with owners on their account balances and discrepancies, including collection of past due balances for Flexjet.
  • Responsible for handling utilisation enquiries in relation to owner�s contract stipulations.
  • Partner with the Owner Services Managers to resolve owner issues.
  • Perform as a liaison with our Contracting, Sales and Redemptions teams to complete the end-to-end owner experience.
  • Follow all internal controls and processes while assisting in month-end and other periodic close reconciliations.
  • Review monthly reports, collections and variance reports collaborating with Finance to take necessary action for correction.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field; previous experience in a collections/billing position, preferably in a high value corporate environment; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a high-end customer service environment.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Working proficiency with Oracle suite is preferred.
  • Woking proficiency with Stripe credit card facility would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
  • Must possess strong organisational skills, with keen attention to detail, while productively working independently or within a team.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills necessary. Strong influencing skills are a plus.
  • Successful candidate will be very personable and have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
  • The Billing & Collections Specialist will be required to demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet�s and PrivateFly�s products and programs and will need to interpret contract information as it pertains to the specific customer.
  • Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly, and handle customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
