What You Will Do

As a Line Cook you will

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards
  • Maintain consistency quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory prep work and kitchen organization
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations equipment and kitchen areas
  • Support a positive and respectful team environment

What We Are Looking For

  • We are seeking team members who are
  • Experienced and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Strong team players with effective communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred
    • At least 2 years of kitchen or line cook experience

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to

  • Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds kitchen equipment and supplies
  • Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
  • Work safely in a hot fast paced kitchen environment
  • Handle knives equipment and cleaning chemicals safely
  • Maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours
