Title and Summary
Lead Product Manager- Technical F/TOverviewResponsible for developing large globally distributed financial payment platforms, producing product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technological trends.
Role.
• Become knowledgeable in regulatory and mandatory rules and application to the payment products.
• Make use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product.
• Using the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and stories that deliver impeccable financial payment capabilities to the market.
• Proficient in building products and collaborating business requirements and systems specifications with a strong technical background to easily interrupt business into technical specifications.
• Assess customer feedback, applications, and processes to drive improvements with high collaboration with stakeholders and technical partners.
• Use runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balances the priorities against new feature requests.
• Prepares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets.
• Establishes a network within the organization; begins to build internal and external networks.
• Must be autonomous, self-starter and problem-solver to address business and technology issuers while streamlining processes through automation.
About You
• Position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, Business, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related and six (6) years of experience in job offered or as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Software Engineer, Product Owner, Software Development Specialist, Technology Lead, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least six (6) years with each of the following: Agile practices and tools (Jira); API specifications; SQL; Power BI; Unix; Technology concepts; Product Management and/or Analyst experience; Financial and/or Payment Industry.
• Rate of pay: $189,592.00 – $265,000.00 / year
