Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise Guest Room, Cabin, and Laundry Attendants, ensuring all accommodations meet elevated cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of guest accommodations and shared ranch spaces to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience.
  • Create and manage team schedules, adjusting staffing levels based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures.
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and support team training, development, and adherence to safety and certification standards.
  • Inspect cabins, residences, and public areas to ensure quality, readiness, and timely turnovers.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll processes to support efficient operations.
  • Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping and back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas.
  • Monitor team productivity and support daily opening and closing responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest service and team collaboration.
  • Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to changing needs within a large, outdoor hospitality environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
