We’re looking for a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor who can own the floor, lead across multiple shifts, and push performance, safety, and quality to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead multi-shift production operations with full accountability for performance and output
- Deliver on-time, cost-effective manufacturing while meeting quality standards
- Drive key metrics: productivity, efficiency, COPQ, and PPM
- Own staffing, scheduling, and operational structure to meet business goals
- Enforce policies, procedures, and union contract compliance
- Coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance and results
- Champion safety and continuous improvement across the operation
- Partner cross-functionally and communicate issues with actionable solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Associate degree in technical field or minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a technical production environment.
- Work under pressure with high degree of accuracy and with frequent interruptions.
- Working knowledge of ERP and PC, strong diplomacy, effective communication, analytical aptitude, technical writing and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IATF standards.
