Description

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support and strengthen partnerships with our healthcare clients. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring operational alignment, and supporting the successful delivery of revenue cycle management (RCM) services.


The Client Relationship Manager will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping to ensure service quality, address operational needs, and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and performance.


This role requires strong knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle market and the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, and leadership teams—including daily coordination with offshore delivery teams—to support client success.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients 
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership 
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, KPIs, and service delivery 

Operational Collaboration

  • Partner with internal operations teams, including offshore teams, to ensure services are delivered effectively and according to client expectations 
  • Help address operational challenges and coordinate solutions with delivery teams 
  • Support communication between clients and internal departments including operations, sales, and leadership 

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor service performance metrics and client KPIs 
  • Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and operational insights 
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client outcomes 

Business Growth Support

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing client accounts 
  • Support sales and leadership teams in renewal discussions and account growth opportunities
Requirements

 Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare services 
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market, including billing, coding, claims management, or AR operations 
  • Experience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizations 
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment, including global/offshore teams 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting organization 
  • Familiarity with healthcare performance metrics and operational reporting 
  • CRCR Credentialing 
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
