Job Summary

We are seeking an SAP SD Consultant with
strong Order-to-Cash process knowledge to support SAP ECC systems in an AMS
environment, with exposure to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3/CR support for
Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Handle issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements
- Configure pricing, output determination, and shipping
- Collaborate with business users for issue resolution
- Support integration with MM and FICO
- Ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills

-At least one end
to end implementation as SD consultant

- At least 2 SLA
based AMS engagement 

- Strong SAP SD configuration experience
- Expertise in pricing, billing, logistic and shipping
- Integration knowledge with MM and FICO
- Experience in AMS/support environment
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- ITIL knowledge

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to S/4HANA SD
- Experience in high-volume (CPG) environments
- Basic knowledge of Fiori apps

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Information Technology, or related field

SAP SD certification (preferred)

Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills
