Role Overview

The Popeyes Assistant Manager helps lead the team to deliver great food, fast service, and true Cajun Hospitality. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, coach team members, and make sure every Guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate Guest service
• Train and coach team members
• Keep drive-thru and front counter running smoothly
• Help manage inventory, food quality, and cleanliness
• ⭐ Maintain Popeyes standards for hospitality and food safety

• Leadership and positive energy
• Great communication and teamwork
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
