About the role
The Guinness Partnership has an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Heating and Hot Water Team based in Oldham on a full-time, 35 hours a week permanent basis.
We operate a hybrid working style, where you spend 3 days per week working in the Oldham office and 2 days working from home.
As a Senior Administrator, you will support Contract Officers and your manager in delivering compliance, managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks and handling no-access caseloads, all while providing a friendly and professional service to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance information, reports are up to date and accurate, budgets are on track and resident queries are answered quickly.

What we are looking for
We are a resident-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced Senior Administrator, but you will also have great customer service skills and the professionalism to handle detailed compliance work with confidence.

You will also be able to demonstrate these essential skills:

  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on your own initiative.
  • Good oral and written communications.

  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential qualifications:

  • Qualified to Level 4 in English & Maths (or equivalent).
