Point University is seeking part-time instructors in English for its DCE programs in the Peachtree City area.
Primary teaching responsibilities will include:
- ENG101: Critical Reading and Writing I
- ENG102: Critical Reading and Writing II
Requirements
- Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the subject field; doctorate preferred.
- In-Person position at a Peachtree City, GA school.
- Effective teaching ability/excellent communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
- Experience with Canvas LMS preferred
- Willingness to be a professional role model and mentor.
- Commitment to undergraduate education, professional growth, service, and scholarship in a distinctively Christian setting, including agreement with the University’s mission and goals, values, and doctrinal statement.
