We require:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Qualified NY Driver’s License
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience or graduate of a technical school with at least two (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
