As a Manager of BDR you will:   

  • Hiring, onboarding, ongoing training/enablement and performance of the BDR Team   
  • Establish team structure with clearly defined responsibilities, target mid-market accounts aligned with territories, and pipeline development trajectories   
  • Develop and communicate goals for the BDR Team and ensure they are met. Define and enforce desired KPIs along with corresponding compensation plan to motivate BDRs and measure performance   
  • Guide BDRs on how to effectively reach out to target prospect accounts and contacts within a territory daily through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.   
  • Lead the team to build new pipeline in target mid-market accounts.   
  • Tech and use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects   
  • Help the team leverage content to drive engaging discussions that create opportunities through a consistent cadence of phone calls and emails.   
  • Ensure data integrity and MQL assignment processes are followed   
  • Work with marketing and revenue operations for ongoing training and adoption of our tech stack to ensure tools are being used effectively (i.e. Outreach, Salesforce)
