Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday particularly in the finance module and a strong background in finance and accounting. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to design and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives.


 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions focusing on the finance module to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Oversee the development and testing of Workday configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes and configurations to support ongoing operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to utilize Workday solutions effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for Workday enhancements.
  • Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions that align with their objectives.


 

Qualifications

  •  
  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday particularly in the finance module.
  • Have a background in finance and accounting to effectively support related business processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations for future reference.
  • Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to recommend appropriate Workday solutions.
