About Ignite Visibility
Ignite Visibility is a top-rated, full-service US digital marketing agency. We are a fast-growing team that thrives on data-driven storytelling. We are looking for a collaborative Data Reporting Specialist who is passionate about building clear, beautiful, and accurate reports that help our clients win.
Position Summary
As a Data Reporting Specialist, you are the bridge between raw marketing data and strategic decision-making. You will report to the Senior Data Strategist and take ownership of the agency’s client-facing reporting suite. Your day-to-day will involve building custom dashboards, maintaining data health in BigQuery, and ensuring our account teams have the insights they need to optimize campaigns in real-time.
Primary Responsibilities
Report Building & Dashboarding
Custom Report Construction: Design and build comprehensive, visually appealing dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for new and existing clients.
Report Refinement: Regularly edit and adjust existing dashboards based on specific client requests or changing KPIs.
Data Ingestion: Map and ingest data from various sources (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4) to ensure reports are holistic and accurate.
Insight Translation: Use your reports to conduct campaign analysis, helping to identify performance trends and areas for optimization.
Data Maintenance & QA
Database Oversight: Manage and organize client data within Google BigQuery to ensure it is structured for easy reporting.
Daily Quality Assurance: Conduct daily QA checks of our ETL tools and databases to ensure a proper refreshing cadence; catch and fix "broken" charts before the client sees them.
Troubleshooting: Resolve data discrepancies between platform UIs (like Facebook Ads) and our reporting dashboards.
Collaboration & Support
Agency Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Account Managers for all things reporting—troubleshooting bugs, adding new metrics, or creating specialized data views.
SOP Documentation: Document the data structures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for individual client reports to ensure team consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing analytics, data reporting, or a similar role.
Reporting Expert: Highly proficient in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). You should be comfortable with data blending and calculated fields.
Marketing Fluency: A solid understanding of paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions) and how platforms like Google Ads and Meta work.
Technical Curiosity: Exposure to SQL and/or Python (specifically for data cleaning/transforming). You don't need to be a developer, but you should be excited to learn and use these tools.
English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with our US-based team.
U.S time zoneOverlap: Ability to work a schedule that provides at least 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) or CST.
Preferred Skills (The "Plus" List)
Professional experience with Google BigQuery.
1+ years in a digital marketing agency setting.
Experience with automated data connectors (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, etc.).
Basic knowledge of MySQL (joins and if/then statements).
Why Join Ignite Visibility?
High-Level Exposure: Work with some of the biggest names in digital marketing and learn US agency standards.
Skill Growth: We provide a path to learn advanced data engineering (BigQuery/Python) while you manage the reporting suite.
Innovation: We stay on the cutting edge of AI and marketing technology—your input on our reporting tech stack will be valued.
