Assistant Football Coach

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Football Coach supports the overall objectives of the football program as established by the Head Coach and Athletic Director. This role helps develop student-athletes both athletically and personally while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices and drills

Support game preparation, strategy, and in-game coaching

Help monitor student-athlete development and performance

Promote teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship

Supervise athletes during practices, games, and team activities

Communicate effectively with players, coaching staff, and school personnel

Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants
