                                                           VALENCIA MIDDLE SCHOOL

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:      

 

1.   Valid New Mexico Administrative License.

 

2.   Have completed advanced-level coursework in school administration, preferably with a concentration in middle school experience.

 

3.   Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with curriculum and program development at the middle years.

 

4.   Demonstrate knowledge about current trends in middle school reform.

 

5.   Demonstrate a clear understanding of the No Child Left Behind Law and the New Mexico School ReformAct.      

                               

6.   A minimum of (3) three years documented experience as a school leader at the secondary school level.

 

SALARY AND WORK YEAR:      

 

As established by the Los Lunas Schools current Administrative Salary Schedule.
