Job Description

We partner with private practices and clinics across the country—many of which are actively hiring or planning for growth. Whether you're an Audiologist or a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, we may have an opening that aligns with your background, goals, and preferred location.

Position Overview:
We regularly place providers in roles such as:

  • Audiologist – full-time or part-time, diagnostic and/or dispensing

  • Hearing Instrument Specialist – licensed or apprentice, depending on the state

Key Responsibilities:
(Varies by practice, but often includes:)

  • Administering comprehensive hearing evaluations

  • Fitting, programming, and dispensing hearing aids

  • Counseling patients and caregivers

  • Managing follow-up care and hearing aid maintenance

  • Supporting a high-quality, patient-centered care experience

What We Look For:

  • Valid Audiology or HIS license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort with technology and clinical software

  • Desire to contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded team
