  • Document business requirements, process maps, controls, and operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Support the deployment and optimization of HR systems.

  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness.

  • Ensure processes comply with internal controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support change management, training, and communication efforts related to new or improved processes.

  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System, improving user experience, reporting capabilities, and alignment with business and learning needs.

  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and solution alignment.

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, supporting system enhancements and implementation.

  • Support global initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions and functions.

  • Lead change management efforts to embed new tools and processes, ensuring sustainable adoption and stakeholder buy-in.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Workday (preferred).

  • Fluent in English.

Soft Skills:

  • Employee experience and service delivery optimization with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Understanding of data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, employee services, business process analysis, or learning operations.

  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments.

Other:

  • Business process analysis and continuous improvement, translating requirements into system solutions.

  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in global environments.

  • Data analysis, reporting, and insight-driven decision making.

  • Project and change management with a focus on delivery and adoption.

  • Hands-on support: resolving employee/stakeholder queries and managing issues end-to-end.

  • Learning Management Systems management and optimization.

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable process and system solutions.

  • Understanding of learning industry trends and experience in Learning Operations.
