Assist in processing hose orders and learn to assemble Caterpillar-certified hoses under supervision. Support the team by maintaining a clean and safe workspace, learning to use specialist hose cutting and crimping tools, and gaining knowledge of Cat HIS (Hydraulic Information System). This is an entry-level role designed to provide training and development for progression into a full Hose Counter Technician position.Job Description:

Major Job Functions:
- Learn and assist in hose assembly processes under supervision (60%)
- Support order processing, returns, and workflow management with guidance (20%)
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards (20%)
Specific Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic attention to detail and numeracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Interest in mechanical or hydraulic systems
Knowledge:
- No prior technical knowledge required; training will be provided.

Education & Experience:
- No formal experience required; interest in hydraulics, engineering or mechanical work is essential.
