At TORKLAW, pre-litigation attorneys play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of every case. From the initial client consultation through strategic development, you’ll help build strong cases and deliver meaningful results. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution
• Perform detailed investigations to assess liability and damages
• Prepare and file necessary pre-litigation documents
• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurers and opposing counsel
• Deliver outstanding client communication and keep clients informed throughout the process
