Job Description

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts and captures for next-generation capabilities within our Electronic Attack Solutions Product Line at BAE Systems.

This role includes new business development initiatives, execution of development and proof of concept projects, and bid and proposal activities. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.

Please note that this role is subject to external funding being awarded.

  • Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills with a strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures
