Job Summary
The Business Travelers Team plays a key role in managing and supporting business travel and workforce deployments across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as the central point of contact for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders, this position ensures full compliance with PWD regulations and related immigration, tax, and labor laws. The role focuses on delivering a seamless travel and deployment experience while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute requests in line with Business Traveller service line guidelines, ensuring full compliance with Posted Worker Directive (PWD) regulations, including manual submission of required notifications
  • Collaborate closely with clients and Vialto teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of requests
  • Partner with third-party providers, when required, to support and streamline deployment processes
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive process documentation to ensure accountability and support future reference
  • Proactively identify, assess, and address potential risks or challenges that may impact daily performance or service quality
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of automated and RPA solutions within the Business Traveller service line
  • Communicate with multiple territories to resolve complex queries and navigate varying processes and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business travelers regarding PWD requirements, delivering high-quality service and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and firm-wide stakeholders, providing updates on travel assessments and ensuring stakeholder alignment and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • English on min B1/B2 and fluent Polish
  • Relevant Education or experience is an advantage
  • Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions
  • Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role
