We are seeking a Full Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to support our San Francisco patients. This role is ideal for an SLP who wants control over their schedule, manageable territories, and a well-run home health structure behind them.

Your Role
Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home per physician orders and plan of care
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Educate patients and caregivers
Communicate findings and progress with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Complete documentation in Kinnser with support from AI-assisted charting tools
Participate as a collaborative member of the care team

Requirements
Current California Speech Therapist license
Home health experience preferred (training available for strong SLPs new to home health)
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organization, communication, and clinical judgment skills
