Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst II is an integral member of the Information Technology Business Intelligence (BI) team and is tasked with working with Business Stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for BI and reporting solutions. Business Systems Analyst II is required to translate medium to highly complex business requirements through analysis and design into functional solutions. The Business Systems Analyst II plays a lead role in the planning/analysis, design, development and testing phases of BI projects. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst II will focus on satisfying reporting requirements, project activities, working closely with business stakeholders and the entire project team to ensure project success.

User Acceptance Testing - Collaborates with stakeholder in testing for acceptance of end user business solution.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, Business management or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required
- 5+ years of working Knowledge of BI tools, Platforms and trends required
- 3+ years of practical experience utilizing relational databases, query language sql, in one or more of the following is required:
- Data analysis
- Data structures
- Programming/Report development
- Requirements analysis
- 1+ years of experience with Power BI required
- 1+ years of Metals industry experience preferred
- Extensive experience with Oracle, SQL based database systems required
- Experience with end-to-end ERP system preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
- Ability to derive insights from data as well as experience working with many disparate data sets required.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
- Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint and Box
- Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality
- Possesses advanced knowledge of HTML and XML
- Understands advanced Internet and client/server architectures
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $107,897.00/Yr. - USD $130,205.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
