Job Description

The Consumer Conduct and Complaints team is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our highly performing team as the Consumer Complaint Data and Insights Business Control Manager.

As a key member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for  performance tracking, reporting, and insights development for strategic initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with business, reporting, and model teams to translate requirements, analyze large datasets, and generate executive ready insights that inform decision making at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and project team needs clear, actionable reporting and data requirements for technical and reporting partners.  Key partners include FLUs, ECOE, Complaint Governance & Control teams

  • Analyze large, complex datasets (e.g., Splunk, SDP) to generate performance insights and identify potential data or model issues.

  • Collaborate with business partners to source, validate, and deliver required data inputs.

  • Use data to craft executive level narratives, summaries, and recommendations.

  • Develop and compile presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership.

  • Quickly interpret new data, identify trends, and communicate takeaways to leaders and line of business partners.

  • Use Copilot and other tools to clean, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.

  • Support project governance by taking notes, tracking decisions, and documenting key discussions during meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving priorities, and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience analyzing large datasets.

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, complex formulas)

  • Ability to build Tableau dashboards independently and analyze data within visualizations.

  • Background in statistics, analytics, data science, or related quantitative fields strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, business ready insights.

  • Ability to drive collaboration to obtain the goal.

This job is responsible for leading and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out actions plans and milestones.
