Lynden Door is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our production teams and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is a mix of hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and project work�ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people, and making things better every day.
What You�ll Do:
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, process optimization, waste reduction)
- Support equipment, layout, and workflow improvements across the plant
- Assist with projects from concept through implementation
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions
What We�re Looking For:
- Bachelor�s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Experience with automation or high-volume production is a plus
- Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $70,000 � $90,000 annually (DOE)
