Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across departments, sharing work early and seeking input to solve production challenges and drive practical improvements
  • Manage and prioritize multiple improvement projects, using targeted studies to reduce setup/cycle times, variation, and improve material flow
  • Apply engineering analysis, creativity, and hands-on skills to refine and automate processes, tools, and fixtures for greater efficiency
  • Develop and implement quality checks, support root cause analysis, and standardize safe, efficient use of equipment and processes
