Occupational Therapist Opportunity at Family Home Health!
Full Time and Part Time Opportunities!
Family Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist who is ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults. This position would travel to East Brady, Rimersburg, New Bethlehem and surrounding areas. We believe that every staff member who comes in our doors is a part of our family.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate patient’s functional status
- Participate in the development of the total plan of care.
- May train patient in the use of prosthetic and / or orthotic devices
- Maintain appropriate clinical records, clinical notes, and report to the physician any changes in the patient’s condition.
- Submit these records in accordance with the organization policy
- Maintain contact / communication with other personnel involved in the patient’s care to promote coordinated, efficient care
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid PA OT License
- At least 1 year clinical experience
